Chris grew up in western Massachusetts, where he learned to play guitar, piano, drums, and harmonica. In high school, he began writing and producing his own songs, performing as Dugway - after the road he grew up on - with his friend Blake Poore. While living alone in Boston, he started playing as a one-man band, and has kept it up since as both Dugway and Chris Considine.
